Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Tax Manager for a fixed term
of 3-6 months.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and filing of corporate
and partnership income tax returns, including multi-state and
international reporting
Support the development and mentorship of junior tax staff
Assist with implementing effective income tax planning strategies
and collaborate with internal Controllers and CFOs on various
income tax engagements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, and/or equivalent
work experience
2+ years in a busy, complex tax environment
CPA, JD, or EA license required
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office suite
Master's degree in Taxation preferred but not required
