The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in daily
administrative affairs. This person will work in a clerical
position managing phone calls, paperwork and clientele and support
the business at large while striving to help improve workplace
communication, efficiency and flow.Organization & Skills:The
Administrative Assistant will help answer phones and route calls
when receptionist is out. Must have excellent typing skills, solid
knowledge of excel, construction lien releaeses, Procore software
and construction background is preferred. Creation and set-up of
projects. Sync wiith ERP systems. Set-up contact information
including customers and subcontractors. Set-up Budgets Input of
Subcontractor Commitments and Change Order Input Owner Change
Owners. Maintain list of all projects and PM's/Supers associated.
Responsible for recording and distributing bi-monthly company
meeting minutes. Create and manage project files, both hard copies
and digital. Create and maintain a logical sequence of filing
systems. Collate, route and distribute mail and packages as needed.
Review and edit a variety of official documents Create field
