months (possibility of permanent hire based on business need and
openings) Location: West Hills CA, 91304 Schedule : Monday–Friday,
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Start Date : February 2026 About
the Role We are seeking an Eligibility Coordinator to join our team
of 25 professionals. This role focuses on data entry and analytical
data processing, ensuring accurate interpretation and handling of
eligibility information. You will receive 3–4 weeks of
comprehensive training and have a dedicated point of contact for
ongoing support. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret
eligibility data to determine next steps Perform accurate data
entry and maintain records in compliance with company standards
Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required) and 10-key
for data processing Collaborate with team members to resolve
eligibility issues promptly Maintain professionalism and attention
to detail in all tasks Qualifications Typing speed: 35–40 words per
minute 10-key proficiency for numeric data entry Strong attention
to detail and organizational skills Intermediate knowledge of
Microsoft Office, especially Excel Professional demeanor and
ability to work independently after training Preferred: Experience
in health groups, eligibility, member services, or claims
processing Microsoft Excel experience: data entry, copy and paste,
create spreadsheets, etc. (basic proficiency) Additional Details
Training: 3–4 weeks with full support Team Size: 25 members Job
Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Canoga
Park, CA 91304. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
