Senior Manager, Global Product Marketing - OEM

Position Summary The Sr. Global Product Marketing Manager, Infusion Consumables will work with internal and external resources to maintain competitive positioning, achieve product growth, ensure supply integrity, forecast demand, and support the Sales team to achieve the company's OEM sales and gross margin objectives. - Duties will include managing customers through supply constraints, working with internal Operations teams to forecast and prioritize customer deliveries, drive pricing and contracting strategies, and lead overall positioning of ICU Medical's global OEM business. - The successful candidate for this role is clinically and technically capable and passionate about serving OEM customers. - The candidate will work directly with customers on forecasting, supply issues and product changes and will lead cross-functional project teams to ensure OEM customers are well-served. - This person is familiar with general product management across the marketing continuum and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. They must be a motivated self-starter and deadline oriented. Experience and the ability to thrive in a Class II medical device, highly regulated industry is required. - Downstream product marketing activities include marketing for: (but not limited to) conventions, conferences & trade shows, digital media and other platforms including website, mobile, social media, journal/publications and sales force training, demand planning, forecasting trends, compiling actionable plans against competitive threats, and sales enablement utilizing both print and digital mediums. This individual understands brand/tone/voice consistency, leads global brand governance for assigned products and oversees the localization for markets outside the US. This person will be instrumental in the growth of the company's OEM business. - Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external resources to develop strategically-sound, relevant and clinically accurate marketing communications programs and materials to support the business globally
  • Be the internal product portfolio executive and access point for defined internal clients
  • Ensure customers and Sales members are well-supported to achieve sales and delivery objectives
  • Work on special projects as they arise -Knowledge & Skills
    • Ability to understand business strategies/goals, complex products and reinterpret them in a way that is meaningful, relevant, and consistent with the target audiences
    • Ability to draw inferences and use deductive reasoning with no prescribed procedures to solve complex problems
    • Ability to be flexible in a very fluid and dynamic environment, including dealing with changing processes and priorities
    • Ability to inspire and influence others to perform at optimal levels and deliver outstanding results
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate abstract concepts
    • Excellent negotiation and influence skills with an ability to create consensus and achieve results
    • Experience developing and managing content for use in a variety of communication channels with consistent brand/tone/voice
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels within and outside of the company
    • Must be extremely well-organized, capable of handling multiple details simultaneously, and able to move effortlessly between strategic and tactical work
    • Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
    • Conversant and comfortable with principles of good design, writing, and editingMinimum Qualifications, Education & Experience
      • 7+ years in product sales, marketing and customer service with an understanding of current marketing and communication trends is required
      • MBA with a marketing emphasis or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred
      • 7+ years in product management including understanding supply chain and logistics related to product management
      • 7+ years of B2B experience in a highly regulated industry (medical device/software, commercial device/software, consumables or other healthcare); familiarity with device or software marketing and medical/regulatory/legal reviews a plusWork Environment
        • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
        • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
