Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Member Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Own and scale the member marketing strategy through the member
lifecycle, including enrollment, activation, engagement, and
reactivation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful
content and coordinate campaign delivery
Define, track, and optimize KPIs while leveraging data insights for
ongoing campaign improvement
Required Qualifications
7+ years in member marketing or enrollment/growth marketing
4+ years of experience managing a member marketing team
Proven ability to drive member growth and retention through digital
platforms
Experience in digital health, wellness, or chronic care models
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant
field
