Responsibilities : Ability to fix minor plumbing issues Able to fix minior electrical, change out light bulbs or office lighting Repalce soap and toilet paper dispensers Fix ice machines Able to put up wallboards, install shelving, put furtniture together Patch holes, painting walls and applying finishing touches Effectively communicate with client staff $21.00 / hr LI23 LILive24
