What You’ll Be Doing (but not limited to) Oversee and lead HVAC installation projects, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety standards. Perform HVAC installations with the team Supervise, train and mentor a team of HVAC Installers, providing guidance and support. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to maintain system efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Conduct inspections after installations, repair any errors and ensure to coach/counsel Installation. Ensure the Install Team has all materials needed for installation project Ensure assigned employees are taking clocking in and out according to policy Requirements What We’re Looking For Must be available to work weekends as needed. A minimum of seven years of residential HVAC installation experience. Three to five years of experience in a Lead/Foreman role including supervising teams. Strong mechanical aptitude. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to lift items weighing up to 100 lbs safely. Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl and/or kneel continually.
