Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for all new construction, framing and finishing to both inside and outside buildings. * Performs maintenance on existing buildings, barns, sheds, fences and other structures needing repair. * Responsible for knowledge of State of Delaware, New Castle County building codes, permits, licensing, and inspection. * Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team. * Promotes outstanding customer relations. * Performs all other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Five (5) years experience in carpentry and woodwork. * Must have a valid driver's license. * Ability to work with minimum supervision. * Experience with hand tools and carpentry power tools. * Must be able to read and understand blue print reading. * Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty. * Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time. * Must be able to work in extremes of weather, on roofs, ladders and scaffolding. * Must be able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change. * Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends and holidays.
