Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time,
onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for
the 2026-2027 school year in Palm Desert, CA. This role supports
students within local schools, with a focus on serving mostly mild
to moderate communication needs and some severe cases, including
the use of AAC devices. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish are
strongly preferred to meet the diverse needs of the student
population. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language
therapy services primarily to students with mild to moderate
disabilities, as well as some severe needs Work primarily onsite
with potential for itinerant assignments across multiple school
locations Collaborate with educational staff and service
coordinators in implementing individualized education programs
(IEPs) Utilize knowledge of California Medicaid documentation and
billing (Paradigm) for eligible services Maintain all necessary
certifications, including a valid California Certificate of
Clearance (COC) Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid
Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical
Competence) Experience in school settings preferred, particularly
with Special Education Individualized Services (SEIS) Bilingual
Spanish skills highly desirable Willingness to work full-time
during the full school year (FT/FSY) Open to candidates in their
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Prior experience with Medicaid
billing and documentation (Paradigm) a plus Location: Palm Desert,
CA Onsite position with high priority given to candidates able to
