Engineer to play a key role in our next generation of IPORT
products and the future roadmap beyond. Duties and
ResponsibilitiesAs Electrical Hardware Engineer you and engineering
teammates along with key project and product leaders will define,
develop, and release world-class electrical products that are
high-quality and highly reliable. These industry leading products
will be deployed throughout Fortune 500 businesses, high-end luxury
residences and more. Responsibilities include participating in
product architecture design, chip selection, leading schematic and
layout designs, firmware coordination, and maintaining and
leveraging technical and team relationships with internal staff,

You'll Do ItEmploy your proficiency in the digital areas of PoE+,
Ethernet & Networking, High Speed USB, USB-C PD, MFi and related
fields to deliver designs that embody such related product
requirementsUtilize your experience in embedded firmware platforms
and chipsets, namely 32bit SOC architectures working closely with
Firmware EngineersWork closely with Product Leaders to understand
product features and requirements and participate in the detailing
of specific electrical requirementsWork closely and successfully
with Industrial Designers, Mechanical Engineers, Firmware Engineers
and fellow Electrical Engineers to ensure well-orchestrated project
coordination and collaborationParticipate in evaluating product
samples leading up to production to ensure product Participate in
the integration of new PLM tools and their role in Electrical
EngineeringImplement products consistent with their production
definitionsWrite product test plans to ensure said product
specifications are met or exceeded throughout the development,
production and on-going product lifecycle post product
launchParticipate in evaluating product samples leading up to
production to ensure product requirements, specs and test
procedures are realizedUnderstand EMC design principles and design
products for compliance for FCC, CE, UL, RCM approvalsCoordinate
3rd party contractors and be a technical liaison for projects where
such contract work is requiredDevelop and maintain an advanced
understanding of all relevant technology specifications with an
emphasis on MFiPM21PM22
Requirements:
Skills and QualificationsA well-suited Electrical Hardware Engineer
requires both hard and soft skills to excel in this
position.Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management
processesSelf-starterExcellent communication, interpersonal and
negotiation skillsAbility to make important decisions under
pressureProblem-solving skillsTime management skillsFriendly and
approachableUse of Cloud-based collaboration tools like
Citrix/Wrike a plusEducation & Experience RequirementsBachelor's
Degree in Engineering5+ Years Electrical Design in new product
