Job Description:
Overview: Are you an entrepreneur at heart? Someone who thrives

operations savvy and not scared of a challenge? If so, look no
further. We recently opened a San Clemente, CA office that
primarily focuses on product design, development and sales for both
owned and licensed brands. While in the early stages, we are
experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a motivated and
experienced operations manager who is ready to grow with us and
help pave the way to success. Mission: The Operations Manager will
drive the strategy, systems and processes to allow FutureStitch to
be efficient and streamlined - ultimately resulting in the ability
to sell more products faster, while simultaneously reducing costs.

Identifies with the needs and problems of our customers and leads
with conviction. * Strategic - Sets vision and creates long-term
goals to achieve it. Roles: * Become fully immersed in the vertical
fulfillment process from factory production to customer delivery
(wholesale & ecom) * Own the strategy and roadmap for business
system solutions and implementation, to include ERP, CRM, master
data management, inventory management, reporting, task automation
and KPIs * Communicate with domestic and international cross
functional teams and brand licensors. * Process and manage orders
within the ERP system, including data entry and data updates. *
Manage fulfillment strategy and plan (factory, wholesale & ecom) to
include 3PL integration and relationship. * Establish freight and
logistics process and manage freight and shipping carrier
relationships. * Contribute to process creation and improvement.
Maintain documentation and support adoption of all sales &
operations processes & policies. * Relevant sales reporting. * Lead
weekly operations meetings and keep team up-to-date on project
status Outcomes: * Q1 2021- Audit operating plan, systems and
software. * Q1 2021- Create a revised operating plan with optimal
systems, protocols, and software to optimize supply chain from
factory to consumer. * Q2 2021- Source operating partner for
offline DTC distribution * Q2 2021- Finalize new US 3PL
relationship * Q2 2021- Complete ERP system integration. Create
proper education to ensure cross functional teams use. * Q3 2021-
Fully integrate ERP with the 3PL ERP. * Q4 2021- Finalize
implementation of CRM system. Educate staff to ensure full
adoption. * Q4 2021- Implement mall-based DTC Performance
Measurements: * Customer Satisfaction (deliveries, account set up,
communication, reporting) * On time delivery rate * Cost savings *
Data accuracy rate * Number of inventory days * Achieving agreed
upon KPI's Skills: * Customer relationship skills: manage customer
expectations; ability to resolve conflicts; help with sales
opportunities and draw in customers * Analytical skills: analyze
large sets of sales and operations data; review processes to
identify areas of improvement and opportunity to increase
efficiency * Planning skills: recognize trends and foreshadow
trends in the future * Organizational and multitasking skills:
ability to focus and prioritize * Entrepreneurial mindset: wear
multiple hats at the same time; handle chaos while increasing
productivity * Strong work ethic: ability to take something and
"run with it" Requirements: * Bachelor Degree or currently pursuing
a Bachelor Degree in Business Management, IS, Finance, or Supply
Chain * EDI experience and comprehension * Extraordinary ability to
work and communicate well with customers and all levels of staff
and management * Experience with B2B/CRM systems such as NuOrder,
Rep Spark, Elastic, HubSoft and ERP systems such as SAP, Full
Circle, Microsoft Dynamics.
