  We're looking for a Personal Training Manager.--

    • Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification
    • CPR/AED Certification
    • 2 years personal training experience
    • Preferred: Bachelor's degree and prior management experience in sales, hospitality and/or retail, overseeing 3-10 employees Responsibilities
      
      • Sales: Month on month increase of total PT revenue and recurring revenue, while minimizing attrition in alignment with the vision and mission.
      • Service: The PTM position is a player-coach position and trains clients 10-20 session hours per week according to their compensation plan.
      • Development: Maintain a fully engaged and high performing fitness team The Location
        SIR Fitness is based in Orange County, California and our six franchise locations include Crunch Garden Grove, Crunch Huntington Beach, Crunch Fountain Valley, Crunch Tustin, Crunch San Clemente and Crunch Vista. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We're also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna. Our gyms also offer personal training and nutrition coaching, group fitness classes, and HIIT Zone classes.
