Job Description:
Are you looking for a project management career?
We're growing, so we are seeking new full-time team members with an
interest in establishing or advancing a project management career.
Do you already have a CAPM or PMP, or are you interested in
pursuing further certification? Regardless of your level of project
management experience, we have roles available that will allow you
to further your professional skills and advance in your career via
the myriad of training and certification opportunities available to
our team members. Given the nature of our work, construction and/or
legal background is a plus, but not a must.
Love solving mysteries on tv and in books? Then you'll love the
forensic nature of our work, and you could even see some of your
work presented by one of our experts in a trial! Project management
roles are the backbone of our company and are responsible for
planning and managing the scope, budget, and schedule for each
project. The right candidate is someone who is intelligent,
action-oriented, hard-working and professional - with thorough
attention to detail (a little bit of OCD is the right amount.).
They thrive in a collaborative environment that values integrity
and quality work.
About Us
We are a team of building experts and project management
professionals that help solve building problems. Our clients
include property owners, contractors, lawyers, and insurance
adjusters. Although we do not build anything ourselves, we are
brought in when things get tough and problems are abundant. In a
manner of speaking, we are the "CSI" of building problems. We help
our clients to make well-informed decisions when challenged with
confusing and often expensive decisions.

Researching property information online, including Google Earth
imaging
Summarizing and organizing documents
Creating a timeline of events
Identifying the key players
Scheduling meetings and inspections
Peer reviewing and document analysis
Writing reports in conjunction with construction experts
Drafting project plans and budgets
Holding internal and external team members accountable for project
commitments
To be qualified for a Project Team position, you must have:
College degree or applicable certification (like CAPM or PMP)
Years of relevant experience "making things happen" and a strong
desire to learn and advance your career
Intermediate-advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS
Word/Excel/Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Email, and Internet Research and
tools
Some experience with document management and/or writing
professional reports
Excellent communication skills
A VERY high attention to detail
Sound judgement
Problem-solving skills
The Process
If you are looking for a long-term career, please submit your
resume along with a cover letter explaining why you're a great
match.
$50,000 - $100,000 annual estimated salary, based upon
experience.
Qualified candidates can expect to have 2-3 interviews and complete
2-3 skills evaluations before an offer is extended, and this is
typically an investment of approximately three hours of your time
over the course of one to two weeks.
