A company is looking for a Director of Leads Operations, a

Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic frameworks to optimize operations
and lead management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on
initiatives and execution of projects
Analyze complex datasets to generate insights and support business
transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications
7+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or a
related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas
and automation techniques
Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization tools
Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics software; SQL or Python
experience is a plus
Proven ability to think strategically while executing plans
effectively
