Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director Market Access
Strategy & Execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine payor and organized customer access strategies
for product launches and market presence
Lead pipeline project management to ensure alignment of pricing
strategies with brand objectives and oversee pre-launch
activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payor
marketing strategies into broader plans and analyze market access
barriers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
Minimum of 15 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare experience
At least 10 years of experience in Market Access with proven
leadership in strategic operations
Strong understanding of the US healthcare system, including payor
landscape and reimbursement processes
Experience in budget management and performance measurement for
market access initiatives
