Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relationship
Manager-Retirement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of Tax Exempt/401k sponsored plans and maintain
client relationships
Serve as the primary customer contact for specific sponsored plans
and resolve service issues
Participate in relationship management with plan sponsors,
financial advisors, and consultants
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Experience in customer service
Preferred experience with Omni 7.4, Task Manager, Request
Management, and Salesforce
