A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager
for the New England Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and support to clients, addressing their
needs and managing account strategies
Prepare proposals, quotes, and applications for new and renewal
accounts, ensuring timely submissions to carriers
Maintain client accounts in the agency automation system,
documenting interactions and managing follow-ups
Required Qualifications
Experience in commercial insurance account management
Knowledge of insurance coverage options and market conditions
Ability to mentor and coach team members
Willingness to pursue continuing education and professional
designations
Familiarity with agency automation systems and processes
