Job Description:
A company is looking for a Knowledge Management Manager
responsible for facilitating knowledge management initiatives
across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage KM projects to support the firm's strategic
goals
Analyze assessment results to identify areas for process
improvement
Provide training and support on KM tools and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science,
Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management or process
improvement
Proficiency in KM tools and technologies
Advanced degree or professional certification in Knowledge
Management is a plus
Proven track record of managing KM initiatives and projects
