A company is looking for a Senior Director, Quality
Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership for quality improvement
initiatives across all business units
Research and implement best practices in collaboration with health
plan and specialty company business units
Organize and oversee activities and resources to achieve
enterprise-wide quality improvement strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health
Care Administration
8+ years of quality improvement experience
Healthcare operations management experience preferred
Knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS technical specifications
Master's degree preferred
