A company is looking for a Manager, Contracting & Network
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment processes for physician, hospital, and ancillary
providers in assigned regions
Analyze data to define goals and metrics for the network
Participate in contract negotiations and maintain compliance with
internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business
Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in provider recruitment, contracting, or
provider relations
Knowledge of network development processes and contract
language
Experience with principles of negotiation and credentialing
Must reside in Florida and be willing to travel occasionally for
meetings and conferences
