Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure client satisfaction through effective leadership and
management of facility services
Manage engineering aspects including HVAC, plumbing, and
maintenance while ensuring compliance with regulations
Support work order management and assist in building emergencies as
needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of related work experience in Facilities (commercial or
industrial preferred)
2+ years in a supervisory role
Experience in a regulated environment (GMP/GXP preferred)
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
(Corrigo preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Team applications and Excel
