Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Sales who is a strong
operator and strategic leader.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion, productivity, and engagement across a remote
sales organization
Coach Sales Managers on people leadership and performance
management
Design and improve onboarding, coaching, and sales operations
processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams in a
remote environment
At least 3 years of leadership experience in Personal Lines or
P&C insurance
Strong understanding of insurance carrier dynamics and
compliance
Experience building or scaling distributed teams in a call center
or inside sales environment
Proficient in sales tooling and analytics platforms
