Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Personal Injury Medical
Lien Negotiator to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Independently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers and
insurance companies to secure optimal resolutions for clients
Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to
identify discrepancies and opportunities for negotiation
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to support case-specific
lien negotiation tactics
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Injury Medical Lien Negotiator in a
legal setting
Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and
negotiation techniques
Well-versed in statutory liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA,
etc.)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Strong organizational skills
