Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complex Oncology Nurse Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor changes in health for
members diagnosed with cancer
Coordinate care transitions and educate members and caregivers
about diagnosis and treatment
Assist with administrative projects and communicate feedback to
improve service offerings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and an unrestricted
Registered Nurse (RN) license
At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in
high-acuity adult oncology
OCN certification required at time of hire or commitment to obtain
within 2 years
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing
priorities
Experience with technology, including electronic health records and
video communication tools
