License Cardiac experience 2 years of recent Level 4 experience
Will consider strong Level 3 RN if they come from a Level 3 NICU
that performs surgeries on newborns Will consider strong 1st time
traveler BLS Advanced NRP Willing to float between units (PICU &
CVICU) and NICU satellite campuses (Rancho Springs, Palomar,
Scripps Encinitas, Scripps La Jolla, and Scripps Mercy) Must have
own transportation Experience in: Oscillator, conventional
ventilator, CPAP, Nasal Cannula specialty gases, PICC lines,
Broviacs, UAC UVC PAL lines, trachs, ostomies, and G-Tubes. Must be
comfortable with line changes that have multiple drips, pre and

cancelled CHOC traveler to submit to Rady will need to be further
reviewed by Rady leadership.For NICU and HomeCare positions,
travelers are reimbursed for mileage when driving to any other
location, other than their home base facility they signed for at
for NICU.Mileage is reimbursed at IRS standard rate.Reimbursement
form must be sent in within 30 days of floating with unit manager
approval. are non-billable, for RN and Allied up to 10 hours to
completeModules are completed pre-start, the hours spent on modules
do not count as orientation hours. All Orientation hours are
