Nuclear Medicine Tech Location: Pomona, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,966 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 15:30 Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist License: California State Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certifications: BLS, CNMT, NMTCB, ARRT N Must-Have: - Prior work experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Valid state license - Relevant certifications Description: Performs diagnostic Nuclear Medicine imaging and isotope therapy according to established standards and practices. May perform other duties as assigned. Skills include starting and maintaining IVs, storing, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials, and performing various scans. Knowledge of isolation precautions and specialized procedures is essential. Demonstrates interdisciplinary support in patient care. Responsible for ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures. Collaborates effectively within a healthcare team. Ensures compliance with regulations and safety standards.
