Line Cook/Chef de Partie/Pastry Chef de Partie
We are a new restaurant in beautiful San Clemente hiring for Cook's
who want to make some fun and creative cuisine. Together we will be
focused on providing a superior dining experience while embracing
the surf town vibe.
We are looking for people with good attitudes and who care about
treating the ingredients with integrity. We will be working with
many high quality products, and the cooks I hire are those who
understand why that is important. This is a fast paced, scratch
kitchen incorporating Spanish and Asian flavors mixed with French
cooking style to provide an approachable take on fine dining.
From scratch includes all pastas, sauces, charcuterie, breads, ice
creams, and desserts. We will be working with whole animal butchery
of various meats, poultry, and fish. There will be attention paid
to every aspect of the creative process, from receiving the product
to completion of the final dish. Those who succeed in this kitchen
will have attention to detail and a desire to grow in the
restaurant industry.
One of our goals in this kitchen is to encourage the growth and
development of our employees. Beyond daily coaching, we will be
bringing in other accomplished professionals to train our staff in
areas of expertise specific to their field, including wine
demonstrations, and product education (meat/fish butchery,
etc).
Shifts are from 6:30am-3:00pm & 2:30pm-11:00pm.
