A company is looking for a Senior Team Leader, Machine Learning
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of data scientists and engineers, ensuring
high-quality AI/ML product delivery
Drive architectural strategy for AI/ML systems, focusing on
LLM-powered features and GenAI applications
Foster collaboration across engineering, product, and design teams
to integrate AI/ML systems effectively
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing teams in data science and machine
learning
Deep expertise in machine learning and modern ML systems
architecture
Hands-on experience with deploying LLM-powered features in
production
Experience in implementing and scaling AI/ML systems
Background in fintech, banking, or finance is a plus
