Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and
employee relations
Manage administration of benefits, compensation, and compliance
with employment laws
Assist in creating HR policies and programs to foster a positive
workplace culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field required
One to two years of experience as an HR Generalist preferred; five
or more years in human resources required
SHRM-CP or related certification preferred
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and human resources
policies
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems; experience with ADP
Workforce Now is a plus
