Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager (HR, English,
German).
Key Responsibilities
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy
and compliance
Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices, including labor laws
and internal standards
Coordinate employee onboarding processes and support ongoing
training and development initiatives
Required Qualifications
BSc/BA in Human Resources Management or a related field
Several years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR
role
Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics
Fluent in English; additional proficiency in German is a plus
