This is a long-term contract position within the aerospace industry, offering the opportunity to manage recruitment efforts on a global scale. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing and hiring skilled technicians for manufacturing environments, ensuring the organization attracts top talent. Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract technicians with relevant experience for manufacturing roles. • Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills and compatibility with job requirements. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows. • Collaborate with global HR teams to support international hiring efforts. • Create and maintain job postings that reflect the company’s needs and attract diverse talent. • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process. • Identify and engage with passive candidates through strategic sourcing techniques. • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring practices and suggest improvements.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in manufacturing environments. • Expertise in corporate recruiting and sourcing strategies. • Proficiency in conducting candidate interviews and assessing qualifications. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and their functionalities. • Demonstrated ability to manage global recruitment efforts and collaborate with international teams. • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
