Description:We are looking for a skilled and innovative professional to support our existing PeopleSoft ERP applications and lead the transition to a new ERP platform within 1-3 years. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining current applications in the PeopleSoft suite, as well as overseeing the migration to a future ERP SaaS application.Key Responsibilities:- Integrate PeopleSoft applications with business systems such as EDI, Demand Planning, and eCommerce platforms. - Work independently while contributing to discussions on business logic, processes, configurations, data management, and integration. Our Environment:- PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, including: - Purchasing - Order Management - Inventory - Billing - Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable - General Ledger - External Integrations: - BI tools (Logi Analytics, MS Power BI) - eCommerce (XML, API, SQL) - Product Management Tools (Salsify) - FP&A (Vena) - SalesForce - Concur Time and Expense - 3rd Party Logistics - Forecasting, Demand & Inventory Planning (Smoothie) - Platform: - MS SQL Server - MS Power BI - MS Webservers PM21Requirements:- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities for complex business problems. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to convey technical info to non-technical stakeholders. - Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. - Leadership: Ability to lead initiatives and projects independently. - Adaptability: Proactive approach to new technologies and changing business needs. - Collaboration: Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
