Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers
and Base Optimization experts
Provide solutions architecture guidance to customers for advanced
implementations and complex configurations
Drive program development and iterate on support offerings to meet
enterprise-scale customer needs
Required Qualifications
7+ years in technical support, customer success, or solution
architecture roles, including 3+ years in leadership
Experience in platform or integration-heavy SaaS companies
Strong understanding of technical requirements and scalable
implementation paths
Proven ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales
teams
Analytical mindset with experience in data-informed
decision-making
