Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dealer Development Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Launch and review dealer packages for completeness and adherence to
agreements and regulations
Prepare documentation for Sales and Service Agreements, including
renewals and terminations
Maintain the national master file database and manage inquiries
related to dealer activities
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in dealer development or transactional
paralegal work
Experience handling NDAs, service agreements, and contracts
Ability to act as a liaison among various departments and external
parties
Familiarity with policy and procedure protocol in a corporate
environment
Proficiency in generating reports and managing database systems
