Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their growing
legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate various technology-related commercial
agreements
Support complex technology supply transactions and provide legal
support in real estate transactions
Research and analyze legal issues across diverse areas of law to
support company operations
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) and active admission to practice law in at least
one U.S. jurisdiction
3-5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally a mix of law firm
and in-house roles
Experience in the technology sector
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
High level of integrity and ability to manage multiple priorities
in a fast-paced environment
