Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Lead to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
Support leadership with new initiatives, including product
development and intellectual property matters
Identify legal issues and risks affecting the company and manage
contracts
Required Qualifications
Law Degree
5+ years of experience in similar roles in-house or in a law
firm
Strong knowledge of Commercial Law; knowledge of Corporate, Labour,
or IP Law is highly desirable
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
in English
LLM would be a big plus
