Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Counsel to oversee all legal
matters, particularly in complex acquisitions and litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all legal aspects of acquisitions, including drafting and
negotiating agreements and conducting due diligence
Manage disputes and litigation, collaborating with external counsel
as needed
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including asset
purchase and software licensing agreements
Required Qualifications
15+ years of legal experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
and litigation
Proven track record in handling complex acquisitions and
litigation
Strong understanding of intellectual property law, particularly in
the software sector
Experience managing and mentoring legal teams is a plus
