Title: All-Star Litigation Attorney (7–10 Years’ Experience) About the Role: A high-performing civil litigation practice is seeking an experienced litigator to lead a dynamic caseload focused on plaintiff-side personal injury and tenant rights. This boutique firm is known for its strong results and strategic, trial-ready approach. We’re looking for an attorney with deep civil procedure expertise who thrives on building cases creatively—from filing to trial preparation—and who can operate as both a leader and a hands-on litigator. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day litigation activities and oversee junior staff Develop and execute discovery strategies, including propounding/responding to discovery, drafting meet-and-confer letters, and preparing motions to compel Draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, and motions, including MSJs Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Perform legal research and factual investigations Attend court hearings and argue motions Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and trial First- or second-chair trial experience and prior insurance defense experience are strong pluses Qualifications: Active member of the California State Bar 5–7 years of civil litigation experience Compensation: $175,000 – $220,000 (depending on experience) Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off
