This organization offers unparalleled customer service, support and assistance for customers who are facing financial hardship. Do you have experience in Retail or Food industry? Perfect! Previous customer service is a plus and training will be provided.You'll be responding to customer inquiries through phone and email (No cold calling), with some data entry. Office culture is very important and their employees get fun perks and the ability to earn bonuses. These are full-time positions and the pay starts at $16.40--an hour (paid weekly!). The hours are weekdays from 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM, with possible overtime as the business continues to grow.As a Customer Service Specialist, here's what you'll be doing:* Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks * Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department* Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests* Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques* Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined* Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during callsWe're looking for individuals with:* Previous call center and/or customer service experience* Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills* Comfortable working in a high-volume role * Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently * Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applicationsBenefits* Medical, Vision & Dental Allowance
