About the Job:

The Client Success Manager will be a data-driven client facing member of the Account Management team. This individual will prioritize the client and member experience while developing and executing revenue growth plans.

  • Establishes relationships with existing clients to maintain and grow current contracts
  • Analytical, with clear prioritization based on growing client relationships and maximizing unique users
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally to build relationships and work effectively
  • Commercial experience, goal oriented with a problem solving mindset

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Associate Principal to Leverage Account Management systems and dashboards to proactively identify opportunities to impact team revenue goals
  • Develop and execute against path to achieving/exceeding revenue targets as related to member engagement
  • Complete client discovery and expectation setting around engagement activities
  • Leads client marketing initiatives
  • Partner with clients to develop and execute onsite events to increase engagement
  • Partner with Marketing to design events and experiences that drive account activations
  • Responsible for supporting new account implementation
  • Manages a cadence of proactively scheduled client interactions
  • Leverage internal data sources to draft client facing materials
  • Partners with Principal and Associate Principal to work cross functionally to respond to urgent client request
  • Submit internal team requests and track to completion (ex: Business Intelligence, Tech, Marketing)
  • Provide support across Account Management team to manage internal projects and revenue reporting


  • 3+ years of client success, marketing and member experience
  • Experience in consumer health technology, ideal
  • Exceptional communication skills that are conducive to driving outcomes with clients
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships, partnerships, business development
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and build relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Up to 50% travel


  • This role reports to Account Principal or Associate Principal
