The Outlets at San Clemente is a premier outlet shopping center that is easily accessible from the i-5 freeway off Avenida Vista Hermosa. The Outlets at San Clemente is currently seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee the overall cleanliness and appearance of the entire shopping center. The custodial supervisor ensures that the department runs smoothly and efficiently.Full-time Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and 401k.Duties include but are not limited to:Maintain all common areas of the center, including the public restrooms and parking lots, to cleanliness standards set by the company. In partnership with Operations Manager, oversees the custodial department.Supervises, trains, and evaluates all custodial staff.Supervises custodial staff to ensure that all common areas of the center, including restrooms and parking lots, are maintained appropriately.Supervises the ongoing performance of all custodial staff to ensure that the property is properly maintained.Maintains custodial supply inventory and purchases stock from vendors with the most competitive pricing.Trains all custodial staff on cleaning techniques and the proper use of all chemicals and equipment in accordance to CRG Corporate training.Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE 2 years of custodial supervisor experience or equivalent.High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)Other skills and/or abilities:Bilingual in Spanish preferred.Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.Has attention to detail and the ability to complete work in a timely manner.Team-orientedSan Clemente is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
