We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Engagement
Coordinator who has a minimum of 3 years of experience, has a
strong project management background and a focus on Apple
accessories/ B2B products & solutions. In this role, you will
coordinate engagements with large enterprise customers, ensuring a
seamless and exceptional experience from discovery to proposal,
shipping, and deployment of products and services. In this team
role, you will be the coordinator between the Product team and
Sales Team. The execution of this role will allow the Product
Lifecycle Management process to be successfully executed against
the IPORT sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for large enterprise customers,
managing relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction
throughout the engagement process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales,
Product Management, and Engineering, to develop and execute project
plans that align with customer requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure
the timely and successful delivery of deliverables such as test
reports, prototypes, and manufactured products and solutions, while
mitigating risks and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Create and present project plans, and progress reports to key
stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
- Keep projects on task and customers engaged toward successful
deployments.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Apple
accessory product platform, enabling you to track and coordinate
the intricacies of complex enterprise projects.
- Create processes for monitoring and tracking projects.
- Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying
opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
to achieve target KPIs and ROI. PM21
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related
field or equivalent work history.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise project management,
preferably in the Apple accessories and B2B products & solutions
space.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
involving large enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of Apple's ecosystem, products,
accessories, and B2B market dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to present complex information in a clear and concise
manner.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing
multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to draw insights from data to inform project strategies.
- Strong Mac, iOS, and presentation/proposal skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or related project management certification.
- Experience in a start-up or fast-paced, high-growth
environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools, CRM platforms, and
