Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center.The Test and Evaluation Systems Integrator will be responsible for integrating and testing software and hardware systems to ensure they function together seamlessly. This role requires a strong understanding of both software and hardware components, as well as experience in networking and hardware integration.What You'll Do:

• Identify and resolve software and hardware issues
• Integrate new hardware and software components into new and existing systems
• Evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Configure a mesh network to enable system-to-system communication for testing and evaluation purposes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test requirements are met
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Lead Flight Test Operations as an RPIC by ensuring aircraft readiness, creating mission profiles, and adhering to safety protocolsRequired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience integrating and testing software and hardware systems
  • Comfortable using a computer terminal (i.e. Linux)
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
  • Experience with hardware integration, including interfacing sensors, actuators, and other peripherals
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Able to work extended hours as required
  • Strong familiarity with Pixhawk, PX4 and other flight controllers
  • Obtain and maintain a FAA part 107 certificatePreferred qualifications:
    • RC pilot experience on both Group 3 rotary and fixed wing UAVs
    • Good understanding of aircraft/system performance and log data analysis
    • Experience with scripting languages
    • Familiarity with version control systems
    • Experience with embedded systems
    • Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworksUS Hourly Range: $30 - $40 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors.
