Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resident Producer with a Property and
Casualty License.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with insurance needs, including quoting and
purchasing policies
Provide exceptional customer service and manage inbound
inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
while achieving team sales goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must have an active Producer Property and Casualty License in
Minnesota
Must reside within 70 miles of the Eden Prairie, MN hub
Must be available for a 6-week virtual training program
Must commit to an 8-hour work schedule, including every third
Saturday
Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
