Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience BPO Senior
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Review, triage, and resolve operational inquiries and issues raised
by BPOs
Provide daily feedback to BPO leadership on interaction trends and
operational enhancements
Monitor key metrics and collaborate with BPO leadership to resolve
issues quickly
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of customer experience in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and
work experience
Ability to work varying hours as needed
Passionate about customer experience and continuous improvement
