Member/Provider Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve high-visibility executive level complaints with
urgency and professionalism
Conduct workflow reviews and provide feedback to improve internal
processes and department quality
Draft and deliver executive level communications, including
summaries and action plans
Required Qualifications
1+ years of healthcare experience
2+ years of experience in a volume-based environment
2+ years of strong quantitative or analytical skills
Prior experience in conflict management and providing feedback
Strong proficiency in navigating multi-system environments
