Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Representative -
Collector starting August 2025, with remote work options available
in specific states.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers to determine reasons for payment delinquency and
negotiate payment commitments
Handle accounts accurately while meeting performance standards and
metrics
Document accounts clearly and respond to customer inquiries within
established time frames
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in financial services or a similar industry
preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field may
substitute for experience
Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
Experience with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications
required
