Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake and Admissions Associate (EST
or MST).
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to appropriate
staff members
Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical staff for smooth
transitions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or
bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in customer service or front desk role
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
required
Knowledge of mental health terminology and procedures is a plus
