Key Responsibilities
Lead performance management and improvement initiatives
Collaborate with operational and data leaders to execute
performance analyses and expand reporting capabilities
Support strategic initiatives through market research and
preparation of materials for senior leadership and external
engagements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Extensive experience and knowledge in healthcare
Strong generalist toolkit, including Excel and PowerPoint
Expert level analytical skills
Willingness to travel 1-2 nights every 2 weeks
