Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to consumer support tickets using Zendesk and handle
escalated tickets from the Tier 1 team
Research customer issues and provide detailed reports on bugs or
larger issues
Maintain courteous communication while working 40 hours per
week
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of software support experience
Experience using Zendesk or similar customer service tools
Ability to manage upset customers effectively
Strong computer skills
